Our Private Dining Room can accommodate almost any configuration from an intimate private dinner or meeting to weddings and celebrations.  We focus on making the environment your own, with tables which can be arranged to suit your needs. The Private Dining Room seats up to 24 people or can cater for 40 people standing, buffet style. 

We offer tailor-made packages to suit your individual needs, guaranteeing our hands-on team meet your wants and needs throughout the whole event. With 9 bedrooms upstairs, you can party the night away without having to worry about your journey home.

The Northgate offers the perfect atmospheric setting for an intimate and unique wedding. Set in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, The Northgate is renown for its charming hospitality and quality of food including its Taste of East Anglia tasting menu. Our team can tailor-make the perfect day for you including your very own menu created by you and our head chef. The Club Room offers space for up to 40 guests and with 9 bedroom upstairs you can relax knowing you are only a short few steps from a lovely night’s sleep after your special day.
