We have chosen guest chefs that share our love for our region, local produce and with a flair for fun and creativity.

Guest Chef Daniel Britten

Wednesday 25th March

In 2008, Dan Britten took part in BBC’s MasterChef, where he was a quarter-finalist. Dan has spent the past twelve years honing his talents in the UK, greatly influenced by his time spent in Vancouver where he discovered the local, seasonal, sustainable ethos. He is now the Executive Chef of The White Hart at Witley and The Winterton at Chiddingfold: two eclectic country pubs in Surrey that specialise in contemporary firewood cookery. He has a passion for creating bold flavours with a focus on natural ingredients that are either sourced from local suppliers or foraged from the land.
